Аннотация

Воспаление влияет на все этапы развития и прогрессии опухоли, а также на терапевтический ответ. Только путем тщательного исследования каждого аспекта биологии злокачественного процесса мы можем добиваться реальных достижений в борьбе с раком. Комбинация противовоспалительных подходов, ориентированных на микросреду опухоли, должна сочетаться с использованием более сложных и селективно уничтожающих опухоль препаратов. Будущее противораковой терапии стоит за препаратами, нацеленными на проканцерогенное воспаление.
